Led the Tourism Management Committee, working closely with industry, community, and government representatives to foster regional collaboration. Served as a presenter and panellist at the Central Highlands Tourism Forum in 2018 and 2019, as well as the 2019 CHDC Business Excellence Awards, sharing insights on developing core business capabilities.
